1. After you clean my carpets, how soon can we walk on them?
    • Carpet drying times can vary widely due to the density of your carpet, humidity and the degree of soil. To speed up drying, ventilate the area as much outside weather allows, and increase air circulation (turn on fans). Carpet drying time may vary from only 2 hours under ideal conditions to as much as 24 hours.
    • If stain protection was applied, drying time may be lengthened. Allow 24 hours before carpet use.
    • Wear protective booties we provided if you need to walk on carpets before they are dry.
    • To avoid stains or rust spots, remove pads or blocks that were placed under furniture once the carpet is completely dry.

  2. Do you charge for areas where furniture is not moved?
No - we will only charge you for the areas that we clean. For example, if you prefer that we do not move your couch, we will not include that area in our measurement.

  3. Do you move furniture?
Yes - we will move most furniture. However, to protect your things, we do not move breakables, electronics, hutches, desks or anything that may break or cause us to break something else if moved.

  4. How long will it take to clean my home?
We take our time. Our number one concern is that we do the very best job possible. If we come out to your home ahead of time, we can give you a FREE Carpet audit along with an exact quote. At that time, we can also give you an idea about how long it may take. We estimate about 1 hour for every 300 square feet of cleaning.

  5. What is the hot-water extraction method? Is it safe?
We use hot-water extraction method because we believe it's the best!!! It is often referred to as steam cleaning. This method is recommended by the world's largest carpet manufacturers, and research indicates it provides the best capability for cleaning. The truck mount unit is the most recommended. It cleans much better because it heats the water to a high temperature - and shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at higher pressure. This breaks up the dirt, bacteria, chemicals and pollens in the carpet. The vacuum volume draws the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet.

  6. Can the hot water damage my carpets?
No - By washing and then rinsing your carpet with hot water, we clean your carpet completely.

  7. Will you give me the cheapest bid in town?
Probably not. If you want your carpet to look good and give you years of dependable service, then you need to take extra good care of it. This means you need to have it cleaned by a skilled, qualified technician. If you are looking for a cheap, rinse-the-dirt-off-the-top cleaning, then I respectfully ask you to call another company. If you want to protect your health, protect your investment in carpeting, protect your family then you're invited to call us.

  8. What is a FREE Carpet Audit?
We will come out to your home and provide you with information about your carpet and answer any questions you have - without cost or obligation of any kind. At that time, we'll also provide you with an exact quote for cleaning the carpet and/or upholstery in your home. So, there's no surprises when we come out to your home to clean.

  9. What can I do about pet stains/odor?
To prevent permanent staining, clean urine spots immediately by blotting with a white terry cloth towel or plain white paper towels until no moisture is transferred. To clean the urine spot, mix 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water and clean with a white terry cloth. Once you have "flushed" as much of the urine out as possible, blot with dry cloths until dry to the touch.

Don't ever use over the counter spot removers or all purpose cleaners on urine. This can set the spot permanently. If you have trouble removing the spot, give us a call.
